Why Rob? Who is this guy?

First and formost, I'm a technical support professional with over 20 years of experience working in technology. I'm proud to be the definition of a "nerd", I'm the type of person that actually gets excited about technology. I try to keep up with the latest and greatest products, computers, components, gadgets and devices. I've been doing freelance in-home computer repair work and support for small businesses, for as long as I've been working in technology.

My family and I reside in Blaine, where my repair business is based out of our home, so I ask to please respect that this is also our personal residence. I proudly believe in equality and respect for people, which ethically I carry over to my professional career and reflects in my customer service.

Some of my hobbies (besides technology) include: family, music, podcasts, movies, Minnesota Twins, physical fitness, graphic design and photography.
