I needed a new DC power jack installed, which required taking my laptop apart. I texted Rob and he replied very quickly. He even allowed me to drop off the laptop on a Sunday and have the repair done in a couple of hours. Excellent service, communication, trustworthiness, and price.

We have used Rob for over 5 years for all of our computer and technology needs including recovering "lost" files, fixing crashed hard drives, upgrading the memory capacity of our computers, installing new software, addressing computer glitzes and a variety of other things. Rob has always done a great job for us at a very reasonable price. He has always been dependable and straight forward. Rob is very friendly and personable. While we hate having any computer problems, we feel fortunate to have Rob available to address our computer problems and it is a great added bonus that he such a nice guy. I would highly recommend him (and have many times).

My computer was taking forever to boot up and load games. I worked with Rob to upgrade my 8 GB RAM to 16 GB and upgrade my HDD to SDD. He told me what parts to order and when they arrived, I was able to drop off the computer tower and parts after work one day and pick up the upgraded computer after work the very next day. The computer is ridiculously faster. Rob made the experience easy, fast, transparent, and affordable.

Rob did an excellent job installing new fans in my son's gaming laptop. He was very responsive via email when I inquired and was able to turn around the job on the same night (once the part arrived) so it was available for school again the next day. The parts matched the price I found on Amazon and the hourly rate was in line with market rates for tech work. I usually do my own computer work, but if I ever have another job I'd prefer to delegate to a pro, I'll absolutely look up Rob again. ✅
